Shane’s Story

Shane started his HVAC career 15 years ago, working through every kind of home the Front Range has — from post-war ranches in Wheat Ridge to mountain properties in Evergreen and Conifer, from 1890s Victorians in West Highland to modern builds in Candelas. That breadth of experience matters because no two Colorado homes need the same HVAC approach.

By 2021, Shane had spent over a decade watching the same patterns repeat at larger HVAC franchises: technicians dispatched without context about the home, sales reps pushing replacements before honest repair quotes, “today only” pricing pressure tactics, and customers being talked down to about their own equipment. He started Right Way Mechanical on a simple premise — do the work the right way, charge an honest price, and treat homeowners like neighbors instead of marks.

Five years later, Right Way Mechanical serves homeowners across the west Denver metro and Front Range foothills — from Wheat Ridge core out to Bailey. The company has grown by word-of-mouth across the neighborhoods we serve. The principle hasn’t changed: you call, Shane answers, and the work gets done the right way.
